Receipt of Software Question
I registered for a copy of this software several months ago (actually closer to a year) and still have heard nothing. My question is when can we expect our copy so we can put it to use? Since we are currently conducting ICS-300 and 400 training county-wide, from what I've read about this software it could come in real handy as a training tool.

Thanks for any info you can provide.

Release of Incident Commander
Thank you for your query, and on behalf of everybody involved, my apologies it has taken so long for this software to ship. I was just advised by my NIJ contact last Friday that Incident Commander has begun to ship, with 30,000 copies on their way to all the NLECTC Centers around the country. NIJ/NLECTC will be handing out copies at the Applied Technology Conference in Orange County April 3-5, and copies should be mailed to everyone in our database by the end of April.

If you are in need of a copy of Incident Commander sooner than this, please send me an email to bmilligan@breakawayltd.com, with your name, your contact information, and the name of your agency, and I should be able to arrange for you to get a downloadable version to tide you over.
