Chlorine Emergency Responses by Transportation Scenario
I have not yet received my copy of Incident Commander but wanted to explore the kinds of scenarios that the software tests the user.

I would like to help suggest for Chlorine the Do's and Don'ts for release involving Fixed Storage Facilities, Rail, Highway, and Barge.

The Chlorine Institute has great information that could be referenced in the scenario to make sure that the IC is informed with what should be the correct approach.

Please have someone contact me so that I can get my copy of Incident Commander. Also, please let me know how I can contribute as a content contributor.

Respectfully submitted;

Al Condello

Good Idea
Thanks for the post and the suggestion.

The Chemical Spill incident that is included with the base package ignores the plume for purposes of damage to units, etc. but there is no reason (given that a wind direction is given) that you can't 'model' it yourself by declaring a certain area to be contaminated.
